According to the folklore museum of Vienna this doll could be from Czechia or Slovakia.

Is this right?

Scandinavian Doll Indentified for Sarah-Jane

I can confirm your souvenir doll is scandinavian, she represents Norway, her costume is from Hardanger. The doll most likely is made cheaply in Hong Kong or Taiwan for the european souvenir market.

Doll from Oltenia in Romania, representing a Calusari dancer. The Calusari is a traditional folk dance from the Oltenia region.
